Best Practices

Event Naming

  • Be specific: "30-Min Strategy Call" vs. "Call"
  • Include duration if you have multiple similar events
  • Use action words: "Discovery Session", "Product Demo"

Descriptions

  • Keep it brief (2-3 sentences)
  • Explain what the prospect will get from the call
  • Set expectations about who should book

Duration

  • Discovery calls: 15-30 minutes
  • Strategy sessions: 45-60 minutes
  • Demos: 30-45 minutes
  • Consultations: 60+ minutes
