Click the toggle or checkbox next to a day to enable it for bookings.
Setting Hours
For each enabled day:
- Set the Start Time - when you begin taking calls

Example:
- Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (half day)

- Add more blocks as needed
Example - Split Day:
- Morning: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Time Zones
Your availability is set in your profile timezone:
- Go to Settings
- Find Timezone setting
- Select your timezone
- All availability times are interpreted in this timezone
Important: Prospects see available times converted to their own timezone, but your schedule is always based on your timezone.
How Availability Affects Bookings
Your weekly schedule determines:
- Which days show available slots
- What time range slots appear in
- Combined with event duration to create bookable slots
Example:
- Availability: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Event duration: 30 minutes
- Slot increment: 30 minutes
- Available slots: 9:00, 9:30, 10:00... 4:30 (last slot allows 30 min before 5 PM)
Calendar Integration Impact
When Google Calendar is connected:
- Your availability is checked against calendar events
- Existing meetings block those time slots
- Only truly free times are shown to prospects
Example:
- Availability: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Calendar has meeting 10:00 - 11:00 AM
- Prospects see: 9:00, 9:30, 11:00, 11:30... (10:00 and 10:30 blocked)
Buffer Time
Add buffer time before/after meetings:
| Buffer Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Before | Time blocked before each meeting |
| After | Time blocked after each meeting |
Example with 15-minute buffers:
- Meeting booked: 10:00 - 10:30 AM
- Blocked: 9:45 - 10:45 AM (includes buffers)
- Next available: 10:45 AM onwards
Configure buffers in your event settings.
Copying Schedules
To quickly set the same hours across multiple days:
- Configure one day fully
- Click Copy to Other Days (if available)
- Select which days to apply the same schedule
- Save changes
Best Practices
Consistent Hours
- Keep similar hours across weekdays
- Makes it easier for prospects to find times
- Reduces confusion
Account for Meeting Prep
- Don't pack availability wall-to-wall
- Leave time between meetings for notes and prep
- Use buffer settings or limit available hours
Respect Your Energy
- Schedule important calls during peak energy times
- Save lower-energy tasks for end of day
- Block focus time for deep work
Time Zone Awareness
- If serving international clients, consider extending hours
- Or create separate events for different time zones
- Morning availability covers Europe; afternoon covers US

Troubleshooting
No Slots Showing for a Day
- Verify the day is enabled (toggled on)
- Check that start time is before end time
- Ensure the time range is long enough for your event duration
Fewer Slots Than Expected
- Check for calendar conflicts
- Verify buffer settings aren't too large
- Review minimum booking notice (may block near-term slots)
Prospects Can't Find Times
- Expand your availability hours
- Add more days
- Increase the booking window (max advance days)
